We had an excellent experience with Handi Built in Columbus, Ohio! Philip was wonderful to work with and did an amazing job helping us with a stair lift and a walk-in bathtub for my parent. Philip was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very caring throughout the entire process. He made sure everything was installed properly and took the time to make sure we understood how everything worked. The walk-in bathtub has given my parent greater comfort, safety, and peace of mind, and the stair lift has made getting around the home much easier. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. We had a great experience with Handi Built, LLC. After my dad’s surgery, we needed a ramp at his home in Marion, Ohio. Phil was great to work with and coordinated everything for my dad, who is a veteran. He was quick, professional, and made the whole process easy for our family. We also really appreciated the buy-back option in case we don’t need the ramp permanently. Great company and great service. Highly recommend Handi Built!

Handi Built was great to work with. They took out an old tub, fixed the wall behind the tile and put in a beautiful shower. Explained the work that would be done and answered all my questions! I would definitely recommend Phil and his team. Great job!!

Our experience with the Bruno Stairlift installer was 100% positive. His product knowledge, installation knowledge was beyond our expectations. He returned to check and see that all the bolts and braces were torqued and the stairlift operated smoothly. Assured us that if in the future any product failure occurred he would handled it personally in a timely manner. Thank You Phillip and Handy Built for a job well done.

I would not recommend him. He did not show up a lot of days and the work was not done in a timely manner. The grouting continues to come out of the floor.

Philip and his sons have been working on a bath remodel for approximately the last three weeks at our house. One bath project turned into two during the course of the construction. Phil is very meticulous about making sure every aspect of the job is up to his exacting standards and he fixed things along the way which were not part of the original contract but which needed to be addressed. Phil and his sons Tom and Dylan perform every aspect of the job: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, demo. Phil's sons were respectful of our property, very polite and a pleasure to have around the house over the course of an extended project. They painstakingly cleaned up after each day's work. After abortive attempts to hire a remodeling professional to do our bathrooms we were frankly glad to finally find Phil and his sons. Phil is a man of his word and doesn't play games once the project is underway. He stayed at it until the job was completed and there were no surprise up charges at the end. We will definitely hire Handi Built in the future.

Phillip and his sons were very pleasant to work with they were very respectful and polite. The project was not a large job but he responded quickly to the request for an estimate.completed the job on time and worked quickly. I would call them back for any other projects.

Installed new mailbox post and reattached mailbox promptly and efficiently. Cleaned up everything and even disposed of old post which was great. Excellent overall experience, would definitely hire again.

We had scheduled a day (late afternoon) for an estimate to repair a leaking toilet. At the end of the day they were running behind schedule and still made an almost hour-long trip to get to us by 6 p.m. and check it out to avoid further damage. One hour later, repair completed, everything explained, and not overcharged. I am impressed.
