"The customer asked for an estimate, it was given. He agreed to curbs formed and poured, done as an extra. Refuses to pay the difference between ESTIMATE and actual. All total on (3) separates ESTIMATED projects, $5,000.They were thrilled with the 20' curb we formed and poured at their driveway entrance. They were happy with the 80' French drain we dug and installed at the back of their property. Plain and simple took advantage of us."
