We had a horrible sewage backup at our home due to a drainage problem. The sewage began backing up through the bathtub and overflowed into the house. It spread into several areas of our home and damaged our bedroom, hardwood floors, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It was an awful mess and extremely stressful to deal with. Hand in Hand Restoration came out and took care of everything for us. They removed the damaged and contaminated materials, cleaned and dried the affected areas, and made sure everything was handled properly before the repairs were completed. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful throughout the entire process. It was such a relief having someone who knew what needed to be done during such a difficult situation. Our home turned out beautiful when everything was finished. I would definitely recommend Hand in Hand Restoration to anyone dealing with water or sewage damage in their home.

Jeremy and his Hand in Hand crew are amazing. Our water treatment system flooded our shop and garage and they did an excellent job making it good as new. Jeremy gave us a very fair bid. He was knowledgeable, and reassuring and prompt, which is exactly what we needed in a stressful situation. I highly recommend Hand and Hand!

We used Hand in Hand Remodel to initially fix the damage from a water leak. I called Jeremy on a Sat night and he was there on Sun am to assess the damage. His crew started work the next day - prompt! He also handled the coordination with our insurance company. He did a GREAT job getting everything dried out. And we liked his work so much that we hired him to do additional construction work. We did get other bids, but even the other bidders commented on the great job he’d done so far. Our designer reviewed his bid and assured us that it was reasonable, and she was impressed with his expertise. He put in new bathroom vanities, flooring, kitchen cabinets, medicine cabinets, tile, fireplace resurfacing, light fixtures, exhaust fans, plus other repairs. We also discovered mold in our attic which he fixed. He did great work! We are thrilled with the beautiful results! We would 100% use him again - he’s a reliable, fair, and flexible contractor who is a pleasure to work with.

We had a serious water leak that affected 6 rooms and required removal of kitchen cabinets and appliances. They responded quickly to remove the water and any mold concerns. They advised me on how to work with the insurance company and provided leads for new cabinets etc. The job went well and we will be back in our house soon.

Our Knight in Shining Armor!! My husband was out of town and Jeremy was a life saver. The Hand In Hand family showed up and totally took care over everything. They walked me through everything they were doing and what else needed to be done. They answered all my questions and took care of any and all concerns I had. In short if I ever have a burst water pipe again they are my fist phone call! Thank you thank you Thank you!

Very professional, very personable and easy to deal with. Very helpful dealing with the insurance company and helping us through the whole mess. We would hire them again if something like this happens and will use them in the future for a remodel we are hoping for.. Great down to earth guys that do a great job!! ð

We were having Renewal by Anderson install new windows and they found that two frames had some rot. They recommended Hand in Hand and Jeremy came out the next day and gave us an estimate (he drove 2 hrs both ways!) and they were able to start and finish the work over the weekend!!! Bobby and Nathan were great! They removed siding and window frames, fixed everything and then reinstalled the siding and trim. They saved us before the rain started back. I would highly recommend this company!

Jeremy, Nathan and Bobby, are amazing. We had a big dry rot problem, and we were short on time. They came in and fixed everything 110%. They are dependable, respectful and truly the best group of workers I've ever met. After the dry rot was fixed, we had them reside the house and again they are amazing. We will be hiring them to do more work, decking and flooring. Thanks guys.
