Handon Masonry

Roy came as promised to repair my brick wall. Once he repaired the wall (and did a very nice job), a few original bricks were still out of alignment and in comparison to his nice work, looked even worse than they did before. I asked him to fix them and he did, but I think he underestimated the amount of bricks he needed to complete the job. I had been clear during the estimate that I wanted those crooked bricks fixed. Otherwise the work was very good. I will definitely hire him again.

Handon Masonry provided a quality product at a fair and reasonable price. They cut out a hole and installed a window in our basement foundation. They arrived on time and finished on time. They worked around my schedule. Roy prefers the old fashioned phone call to email. That being said he was always reachable on his cell phone. I never had a problem getting a hold of him to set up our project and he always returned my calls. I would definitely use him again.

He also gave us recommendation on saving on chimney sweep by using creosote logs to help keep buildup down in chimney. Very timely and information and price conscious.

Good cutomer service skills. Excellent Job !!!

Very prompt and eager, though some details were not thoroughly attended to. Also told me after the work was done that the total would be $75 higher than agreed upon; this is fair as it was due to unexpected supply cost, but I feel I should have been told of that situation prior to work beginning.

Roy came out and completed the work faster than I had anticipated. I am very pleased with the outcome and will definitely use him in the near future!

We are very happy with the work accomplished and would use Ron again and recommend him to others. I personally found it difficult to work with him at times because of his non-use of email, but that did not effect the final product so I am pleased.

Roy Handon provided a beautiful patio/walkway and repaired/rebuilt front door access brick steps. His work was excellent, professional and fast! Highly recommended.

My new patio is beautiful, thanks to Roy Handon and his team. Roy was extremely professional, and offered great ideas to enhance the vision I had for the patio. Roy also helped me to understand each phase of the project, as well as started and completed the job on task. I echo some of the earlier comments too about Roy's integrity --- he builds trust right away --- and then backs it up. The end result was worth every dollar spent. I would highly recommend Handon Masonry.

Sometimes you need advice before you get the help. Roy covered several options and we selected the masonry work. This was a small job but it was important to me and I needed help. He took the time and did a good job. It is good to know his service is there and I hope to use his services again.

Mr. Handon was very professional and courteous. I will use his services again.

Patio and walkway was just completed by Roy and his Team. Roy was very friendly and professional. He kept in constant contact with me and addressed any concerns I had. The Job came out great and stuck by his quote. I would highly recommend Roy and his team to do great work at very competitive pricing. His integrity is A+...Thanks Roy

Kept in phone contact with me; excelllent work for a very reasonable cost

Roy Handon was very courteous and professional with a desire to please the customer. He arrived at my house when he said he would and charged the price as quoted in the estimate. He told me to call if there were any problems with the work. I recommend him highly.
