I felt that the service did a great job, at a fair price. I would highly recommend them if someone asked me for a maid cleaning service.

They did a fine job on cleaning my home. I dropped one star because after they left I did notice a few things that shouldn't have happened. Bent mini blinds from cleaning them too hard and scratched off varnish on kitchen cupboards in a couple areas. Other than that they did a very good job on everything else in my home and they put in alot of time.

They were pretty average and only got important things like baseboards when the boss arrived and I pointed it out. They also did not bring their own vaccuum and broke the belt on mine. Their english was poor, but I'm pretty sure they tried to tell me the vaccuum was already broken. The price wasn't bad though and the owner was very pleasant to work with. She made sure the things I pointed out were corrected. Just make sure to very clearly communicate (probably need an interpretor for the cleaners) what is expected and hide your vaccuum. :)

Maria showed up promptly on time with her cleaning crew of three girls. After a quick pep talk to hand out assignments, to put it plainly, the girls just "kicked butt". They were fast and very professional. They did things that I did not expect. When they were done, Maria came back to inspect their work. Simply put, they did a great job. I'll have them back to do my house on a regular basis. Money well spent!!!!!!

It's Shands Cleaning Services, not Hands. Maria is wonderful to work with. Her crew is efficient and thorough. The only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is because they were 1 hour late for my second cleaning. Other than that I am very pleased and will use them regularly.

Disappointed in the obvious lack of care taken while cleaning my home... during cleaning of my blinds, pieces were broken off and thrown away instead of re-attached, my freshly painted walls were chipped and a crystal from my $1000 chandelier was broken and thrown into the trash. If I had not have found it, I would have never known. My carpet and hardwood floors were not vacuumed/washed properly and I spent over an hour washing the floors after they left. I also had to spend time scrubbing the shower walls as these were not adequately cleaned. I would never use this service again as the bad far out-weighed the good.

Fast and effecient service! Maris the owner brought 3 people to my home to do an initial cleaning. They were here for about 3 1/2 hours and did a through job. Maria quated me a price of $135 for the initial cleaning. When the cleaners left Maria came back to inspect their work. She found some things that she thought the cleaners had not done and some that were not up to her standanderds so she only charged me $100.00. I am every satisfied with this service!

THEY WERE EFICIENT, INDUSTRIOUS AND CARING IN ALL RESPECTS. tHEY WILL BE RETURNING FOR MORE WORK NEXT WEEK.

Gabe and his crew were wonderful. Arrived right on time. It was a bit of a big job, but they did everything they said they would. We have other yard work and will use them in the future. Thank you so much for removing the palm, cutting the oleanders and trimming up our other trees.

Hands did a great job and more importantly they were on-time, finished in the amount of time they said they would and charged what they quoted. Hands had no hidden fees and didn't hit us with a bill grossly larger then what was quoted. I recommend their services highly.

Very happy with my first visit. I have services scheduled for every 2 weeks, so I am hoping that they are as efficient every time !!! I had a very negative experience with THE CLEANING AUTHORITY in Las Vegas and would never recommend them. Maria and her team are awesome. I love that the owner of the company inspected the work of her employees. That means she really cares and I like that.

Never have I had such incredibly good service. The cleaning service women cleaned things I've never even considered cleaning, such as the overhead fan sections and areas with dust.

My mother was very pleased. They came in and went through the entire apartment and everything was spotless when they left - even the refrigerator! We couldn't be happier with the service. They were just great.

"They were a little late, but it didn't pose a problem for me. The 4 women worked hard and did a nice job they forgot to clean the Oven but it was not bad. I did not need a final walk-thru because I was here while they cleaned and pointed out what they missed. the the cleaner was a little strong but no major issue
