Demolition
Anthony is not a professional. Hires unprofessional crew who hold grudges. Crew walks off job 1-day into the project. Only brings his disabled (autistic) nephew). Anthony was asked not to allow this person on the property (safety hazard) and he refused. Unqualified crew caused damage to property and work had to be redone (door and wall framing, tile, electrical and plumbing. Anthony is Incompetent: He does not have the expertise to complete the job. He doesn t hire qualified people to complete the job. Many of his jobs had to be redone. I paid double to compete the tile. Plumbing was unsafe had to be redone. Electrical was unsafe and had to be redone. Anthony is a thief. He used material money inappropriately, inflated prices of materials or over bought to use material on other jobs. Anthony has money management issues. Several thousand dollars was sent via Zelle (per request) because his account is in overdraft my funds were usurped by the bank in overdraft recoupment. He stole material and equipment the day he left the job. Anthony does not pay his crew his money management issues lead to personnel issues crew walks off jobs. Anthony created an unsafe work environment. Crew showed up to my property unannounced demanding payment. I had to throw one guy off the property. Several loud arguments on site with threats and verbal abuse I told another crew member not to come back.

"Very untrue and not true the demo was finished. I got replacement workers that she paid daily Because that is what she wanted to do as she was going ing crazy thinking I would not meet the deadline! I would have she had some guy there that is wrong about work and she had him take over the work as I left the job. She lies about the flood when I left she had no floods, One guy, I paid and he took off to take care of his dust in Georgia and was gone a week One guy walked off Not because I did not pay That is a lie! So she asked me to get more people that she would pay daily. She is the one criminal doing work without permits. So I did have."

Anthony was very nice and personable. He stayed in communication and arrived when he was scheduled to. As far as the work?. Not professional. He had no idea what he was doing. The door frame was not even the right size. During the installation of this interior door, which is hollow, he made three holes in the door. I purchased the supplies he requested, and he did not have everything he needed for the job. He did not use shims to install this door?. Instead, he found some wood in the trash next door and used it?. However, only on one side?.. resulting in the door being crooked and bowing and not closing properly. The doorknob he could not put back on the door as it was too complicated, even with the original instructions He called a friend to install the doorknob. He was able to install it however it is not in working condition. Its ruined, however, it is on the door. This one interior door install took him all day, from 9 am to 7 pm and it was not finished He ran out of caulking. Trust me no amount of caulking can fix this mess The paint job on the door is deplorable. When I brought this to his attention he did try to fix it. However, his fix was not a fix at all?.it looks like a child painted it More paint on the floor, my tv, my walls, and other belongings than on the door Lots of missed spots? drips?. Overshot onto adjacent walls He did say he would come back the next day and fix it. However with the mess he left, that I had to clean up and am still cleaning up, and the workmanship of the project I was actually concerned if he did come back what mess I would be left with? not to mention what else would be broken that I would need to replace He was completely out of his depth with this project. I now have to buy a new doorknob and hire a real professional to completely redo the entire project. A lot of my time and money was wasted just to have to do it all over again I absolutely do not recommend him to hang a door. I wish he would have told me from the beginning that he did not know how. Lesson learned?. I will not be using his services anymore.

"The door was working when I left !!! all I had to do was adjust the lock hole. I text her the next day To adjust the lock and she said it was not a good time. I text her another time she never answered me. Most of what she saying is not true !!! I am very Professional as you can see with most of my ratings !. Some people are just not right in their heart & mind."

Anthony is not a a professional home remodel, he is messy, he is not reliable, he does not have commitment. Be aware.

"Absolutely www not true. we made an agreement to tile over tile based on her budget which was is low and it did not work out. Also putting stones on some columns which were put up so it could not be square. I had one of my guys fix all the problems and she and her husband were happy last I was there .she had some lights one stopped working but not cause they are many others on the so side that works. We changed the facial boards and the soffit where the one light is! The ceiling fan was barely hanging and came down when I went to fix it the screws were stripped and would not work She called S-W someone to fix it and took his money out of me."

Very proffesional and clean. They were painting machines and had my whole house painted in less than a week. Very respectful and kind. I did provide them with lunch every day as a thank you for doing a good job. They also did some minor repair work for me which helped a lot. Certanly will use again.

Drywall - Install
This man knew nothing about proper drywall or plaster, like he s never done it before. His work and work ethic is more than wrong. The drywall is already sagging.

"She went into a room that was textured at 9 pm in the dark and said it was wrong Lies you cannot see anything at that time. She had too much going on and spent too much money went broke and used excuses to not pay us. Simple No one can see texture properly with a extension cord light bulb. Anybody says what she said about us and drywall That lies."

Although the Handyman was nice and friendly, he did a really poor job with something that should have been simple.. I hired him to replace my shower doors in one of my bathrooms and to replace a closet door in one of my bedrooms.. I purchased a shower door kit and a closet door kit from Home Depot.. It took him 4 8-10 hour days to complete both jobs (Which were not really completed) which should have taken no more than a day.. The bottom frame of the shower door was installed upside down..If it weren't for my husband, he would have installed the entire frame in backwards.. He also threw away a part needed to close the shower doors by mistake and had to order the part online.. Because of his error the shower doors do not close.. The bedroom closets are irregular but he made a huge mess cutting and framing the closet doors to the size needed for the bifold mirrored doors.. The work was sloppy and he left a mess without cleaning it up.. To make matters worse he placed the mirror handles in the incorrect spot.. I was forced to hire a second Handyman to correct his errors.. I had guest arriving in town on the weekend of August 4th.. I hired this company on Monday July 29th by Friday he had not completed the job.. It seems he was in over his head and did not understand what he was doing..Twice my husband stepped in to explain something he was doing wrong.. I can not recommend this company..

"So I got online booking to do some drywall finishing. The drywall work was extra sloppy like a 7 year old did it It was the worst Drywall work I?ve seen in I can?t even tell you . So my guy did the 1 round of compounding. For me to come back the next day to do the second round Which I was going to have to float most of the joints to make the sloppy bad work come out right . And she thinks she knows my final work She does not Plus her hubby is the one who did the drywall work . He must be in the construction field be a Super visor ! I would have fired him fit that work and probably not pay him either. Lol then she talked about ppl not"

Had a very positive ongoing professional experience with Hands on Property Services. arrived on time, kept in touch at all times and was reliable in his work. Performance surpassed expectations. At times stayed onsite passed quitting time cleaning and making sure place was safe to use during renovation. I was having my kitchen overhauled. Lowered ceiling, put in sink with new plumbing, redid DS bathroom and installed new recessed lighting which I picked out to my delight. PLUS - he removed all trash and old fixtures - a true find. VERY GOOD BUSINESS PERSON. Thanks to Home Advisor in bundles.

Anthony spent more time on the phone than working. He didn't have workers on hand to complete the project; which resulted in many weeks to complete the project. I am into week 4 and the project is still not complete.
