A really nice guy that needs to say what time he will really be there. Was also disappointed that he was not able to do most of what we talked about him doing, but he also was not able to adjust his charges down from the price that he talked about when he said he could do all that I was requesting. He also told me that he could handle electronics such as installing my Alexa Booster, which I thought should be pretty easy, but stated when he got here that he was more of a hardware guy and could not do that either, but again charged the full original quoted price which included that still. Just needs to be upfront on what he does and what time he can do it because what little he was able to do was done great. I got my tv hung into brick very nicely, unfortunately, I just am still, a day later, not able to sit and watch tv like I thought I would be able to right after he left.
