Very professional service

Although the worker quoting and performing work was very pleasant and respectful, the job performed was not up to the agreement of estimate. Attic contents not removed before insulation was ripped down. Therefore floor only partially swept and never vacuumed. Fibers still attached to many of the rafters and pieces of fiberglass and dirt left on top of contents of attic. Estimate was given for a percentage of the charge, to be for the removal and replacement of totes so debris wouldn?t fall on them and floor would be exposed for vacuuming. No vacuum was brought by worker but my offered one was never used. So in the end, insulation has been removed but I have been left with a lot of clean-up still to be done. Being a senior, and one with asthma, it was not out of laziness that I was hiring for this job to be done. Unfortunately, fiberglass fibers and residue are still my issue to be dealt with after paying for a job unsatisfactorily done.

He did a great job. He was able to clean up my storage unit. Move my boxes around. Get rid of junk in the dumpster. He was neat, clean, professional, kind, respectful. Up front about the cost. I found these guys from Angie’s list. They were very helpful and flexible with getting the project done as quickly as possible. Were even willing to come on a Sunday and hauled away all the parts.
