Privacy fence repair, within 2 weeks several of the boards (slats) are splitting and breaking and bending. And I am left with the disposal of the wood pieces replaced which I didn't know he wasn't going to remove

"Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the removed fence boards, disposal was not discussed as part of the project, so I left the old materials on site. I would have been happy to haul them away if that had been requested. As for the replacement boards, wood is a natural material and can sometimes warp, split, or crack due to weather, moisture, sun exposure, and other environmental factors that are beyond a contractor's control."
