Tom is perhaps the BEST service man my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did he do a great job, but he gave us numerous valuable tips regarding maintenance and other minor repairs that we could make ourselves. Never had I had someone so kind and informative service anything in our home. It was a wonderful experience to know that someone still exist who offers quality workmanship at prices that are not over inflated. I would recommend him to anyone.
