My chimney needed a once over. It had failing morter, was missing a cap, and had flashing & shingle issues. Handy Andy came in and fixed it up right. I was not home at the time, and he sent me a constant stream of photos and kept in touch letting me know exactly what he was doing. Job site was picked up and perfectly cleaned when I returned. Would 100% hire again

I had them do a cleaning and inspection of my chimney and they found damages to the brickwork and the top of the chimney. They installed a new cap and their cost was so reasonable. All their work is guaranteed as well, which is reassuring. They were clean, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend Handy Andy and in fact they are doing an estimate for my neighbor to whom I recommended them to.

The owner of the company Andrew was very professional and kind and the work was done quickly and perfectly. Prices were very reasonable amd the workmanship was awesome.

Andy did demolition work, installed a chimney cap and constructed a chimney crown. I got quotes from numerous contractors and Andy was the only one that was honest and gave me an honest price. He took pictures and explained what work needed to be done and why. Once he was done he showed me pictures from the top of the chimney of his work which came out very well and he made sure i was happy with the results. If I have any chimney related issues in the future he will be the first one i will call.

Originally when I called the office number I spoke to a man named Andrew who was able to schedule with us the following week. I believe he was also who came to give us the estimate for repairs . He was very patient with me and my wife in explaining the options we had and took clear pictures to show us when offering us options for repair. Very impressed with the quality of work these guys did and am more than happy to recommend to anybody in the concord area .
