Andy does what he says he is going to do He is also very aware of what should be done in whatever situation he finds himself in I have employed him as a homeowner and a tenant. Unforeseen problems and substandard landlords don't bother him

He was great at installing the toilets. He never showed for the faucet installation. He called and apologized and we set another date, He again blew us off. Never showed or called.

We have agreed to Andy completing several small jobs for us which we estimate will take probably 8 hours. I am in the process of obtains the necessary parts and other materials before setting a definite date. We are communicating directly with each other and estimate it will take 10-14 days to receive the needed materials. I will keep you posted.
