Here is a review of our experience with Jason Metts. In the beginning, my wife and I had very high hopes for Jason. He advertised that he is licensed and insured. He communicated well and appeared to be both courteous and professional. He also has several good online reviews. After considering our options we decided to go with Jason. The project consisted of two bathrooms and a kitchen renovation. The estimated time for completion that Jason gave was 3-weeks. Jason began work on the 6th of January, and I was under the impression that things were going well. Its also important to note that we were not present during the project, so I depended on phone calls, texts, and photos to get an idea of how things were going. Once the demo work was completed, things began to slow down significantly. The guest bathroom took a lot of time, and it was not completed until January 31st. Jason Metts remodeled a small bathroom and laid new flooring in the bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms. He did a wonderful job with all projects , arrived on time each day and was transparent with his estimated cost for this project. I was pleased with the integrity and quality of the work that was done to repair our aging home. I highly recommend Jason and would hire him again to perform further repairs. Thank you Jason!!

Jason is a detailed oriented and reliable. He was recently injured and had to reschedule my job. He communicated with us, giving plenty of notice and promptly contacted me when his doctor cleared him to work again. Jason is honestly cares about his customers and charges very reasonable prices for all work. I will definitely be working with him in the future for all my household installs and repairs!

The first experience was ok so we hired him to do some landscaping work that his business card says he does, it was a small area about 6x7 feet and it got prepared to have bricks put down. He measured the job wrong way too many bricks so we did the measure ourselves home depot delivered the bricks and Jason was to come and put them down he changed the date and then he claims he broke his leg and it would be healed in 3 weeks so he never came back he did a job in the bathroom that needs to be fixed on a draw he put some kind of glue on and it is a mess, he was to fix the gutters and that never got done, he is not reliable, or dependable, we know have to find someone to finish his job and fix his mistakes. I would not recommend hiring this contractor. Consumer beware. Find someone else to do work for you.
