"Brandon, We attempted to communicate with you thoroughly through this project, and explained this process. Initially you said it was prepped and clear for building the wall. First of all, we used our own tools even though you offered yours, we attempted to use them and they weren't capable of the job like our power tools. We spent 5 hours with 2 men cutting roots and you actually did not pay appropriately, we were going to be paid the remainder when we completed the job after you got the corner pieces that were necessary to complete the project. We knew how to build a wall, he referenced google to show you references that built the same as we were. And we have done several! The "broken block" was one that you watched us intentionally cut to attempt to make corner blocks for you, as you did not have them. It is unclear why you are so unhappy when we followed up with calls for when the corner pieces would be in and got ignored. Then you sent a nasty message to us much like this review and we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy, but if we could review customers, you would receive a one star from us as well. Good luck with your endeavors and I truly hope you treat other contractors with respect in the future."
