Was able to meet my tight deadline for report completion, with very short notice from me. I went with him because he responded immediately. Very professional, friendly, took time to show and explain items in report.

Very thorough inspector

I was extremely impressed. The inspection itself went really well. They allowed us to ask any questions we wanted or to see anything we wanted. They were honest and real. Then the report they sent me was fantastic. Way better than previous ones we had with different houses. Even my realtor said she would be adding them to her list.

Jim was better than we could've hoped for! He uncovered some big issues in the house and saved us from purchasing a money-pit! We are definitely using them again as we continue our hunt!

Quick to schedule the inspection and loved that they even sent a text. Did a very detailed inspection of the house and uncovered a lot of issues. I will use Jim again for the next house i look at. Only con is that they would only do cashor check. With the expense of buying a house, i appreciate those that could take a credit card

Very thorough inspection. Very reposive to emails and request. Quick turn around on the report. Best value of all inspectors I called, I'm in the military so my father and father-in law attended attended the inspection in my stead. Both said he was one of the most thorough inspectors they have seen and they have been though many home inspections between the two of them. If I was looking for another home inspection this would be my first and only call.

He was great real friendly and reasonably priced. The experience with smooth and he provided a very detailed report. He covered every inch of the house which was awesome.
