Handy Home Repair called and requested a time frame when they can show up, provided the time and they were there when requested and provided what I thought was a reasonable qoute to perform the work requested. Handy Home Repair was back onsite the next week and performed a fabalous job. No more letters from the HOA!! I look forward to working with them in the near future on other projects I need done.

Good job overall. A little messy by getting some of the plaster on the ceiling but overall we were satisfied.

Mr. Sammie was OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend his home repair service to any of my colleagues or friends. He visited to my residence to access the issue and told me he would call with an estimate once the materials had been matched up and located. The turnaround was less than 48 hrs. We then established a date for service, approximately a week later. He and his assistant were prompt and professional, even in the stifling July heat. He conducted a follow-up call the next day to ensure I was satisfied with his service. I plan to use Mr. Sammie for many of my future home make-over projects. Kudos to Handy Home Repair!

Besides reasonable quality work we were impressed with his cost saving suggestions. For example excellent repairs to a damaged door interior glass structure were done for half the price of a new door.

Very thorough on the actual repairs of the siding. Cleanup and finish work was less than desired and discussed. Phone call not returned after work was completed to discuss. Bungee cord left on chimney and top of chimney not painted with 2 coats of paint.

Sammie did great recaulking certain areas in my home. Talked a bit too much....complete service and be out.
