They came out and gave us a estimate march 2019 to install a chain link fence. We said ok your hired and they gave us a date April, 8 2019 they could start. then we got a call saying oh Miss Dig needs to come out first. so we waited for Miss Dig to come out, then was told that they would be out April 10 2019 at 8 am. All day I waited for them with no phone call. My husband called an was told they was waiting for a inspection at another job. does it take a whole crew to wait on a inspection? was then told they be out next morning at 8 am on April 11 2019. 8am came and went with no phone call at 9 am still no call or anyone here. I told my husband and he called them not to bother even coming out they was fired. Can not depend on this company and they don't even have the courtesy to call when they are not showing up on time and you are sitting and waiting.

We wish Miss Dig had not backed up our schedule, and that we hadn't been held up one day at another job. This is not how our company usually operates, and are constantly striving to improve our processes. I am sorry for your experience and thank you for your feedback.

Loved these guys!! Matthew was AMAZING! Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job on the carpets and I'd highly recommend them to others in a heartbeat.
