Roof - Clean
Their work was meticulous and Joe really listened to what I wanted so it was done very well. They were prompt in response, knew what they were doing and Joe almost over-supervised the job! Thank you Joe and crew for the great job!

Chain Link Fence Installation
Joe's work is fine, the only problem I have with him is that he starts his day around noon, and works until around five. If his work day started at eight or nine in the morning the job would have been done a lot sooner. He was good at informing me when he would arrive each day and what he was doing. He was pleasant to work with, and made sure that when putting in the new fence it was done so that there was always a fence in place for the dogs to use the yard.

Weatherstripping - Install or Replace
He fixed the weather stripping on two doors and stopped the water leak around a skylight in the ceiling. Very pleasant to work with.

Drywall - Repair
This contractor my be good at other things but he was not a drywall professional. The quality of the work was not what one would expect from a someone stating that he could repair drywall. It was a small job..they made a mess and it had to be redone before I could paint.

"The house was to be completely empty before we started. you moved all kinds of furniture in when you new that the entire old home was to be repaired (cracks throughout celings and walls) and you completely painted. I didn't even charge you extra for having to move and cover everything! You seemed pleased when we finished and you friends commented on how nice it looked?"

He brought a second person with him that he did not tell me about so I had to pay two people. The painting job they did on my bedroom was poor and needed to be repaired but he did not come back. He tried to tell me that I paid too much for the people who just repaired my roof and I should have had him do it. He never gave me a quote for my projects or disclosed his (their) hourly rate until after the jobs were finished and then I was shocked by how much it was.

"3rd Job that I had done for her. She was satisfied with all work performed. I told her that my hourly rate was $35/man Hr. I only billed her at the rate of $25/man hr. $50/Hr for two men! She also received a 10 percent senior discount. The job in question consisted of removing wallpaper, Drywall repairal of one entire wall/ceiling seem and speckling all holes and two Coates of Paint on a bedroom. Job only cost her $250! She even tried to cheat me on hours! She paid a contractor $9000 for 14 square. That is about $4000 over market rate here! Just letting her know!? Happy to come back (tried to on two occasions)? My work is guaranteed!?"

Drywall - Repair
We tried to fix our popcorn ceiling patching ourselves. We tried everything on the market. Hired Handy J's though here. He was out within 1/2 hour from the time I submitted the project. Project was completed 2 days later. I couldn't be happier! The ceiling matches exactly. Great job would highly recommend!! Thanks
