Handy Man For 280

I am not sure where to begin with this handyman. First, he does not have knowledge of his trade. When he showed up, he gave a good sales pitch and mentioned he used to be in building construction back in the U.K. I had asked him to make a simple repair for the side of my gutter and replace the gasket in the toilet and seal hairline cracks in the stucco wall. He went ahead without my approval took the paint off of the fascia board unevenly and just put paint on it to cover it. For the stucco, I told him to hold off and do not start any work until we meet and he went and placed white spackling on two different sides of the stucco cracks. My stucco color is brown and now I have two large white spackling spots on it. He also did not have knowledge of the toilet fix. Worst of all he does not read his emails or texts. He is late, and does not call before coming over and does not follow the health guidelines for Covid-19 like wearing a mask and so on. I have all the emails, texts, pictures, and I am considering filing a claim with this handyman for the damages. I would never use or recommend him. I would be very careful hiring him

He did a fantastic job, clean, professional and quick. The job he did would have taken me all day and multiple trips to Home Depot but he completed the job in an hour.
