Gregory responded to my online request almost immediately and came out first thing the next morning. I was missing a part and he ran to the store and got it for me. The appliance was exceptionally difficult to fit into the space, and I was prepared to accept that I just wouldn't be able to close the door in front of it, but he would not quit until he figured out how to make it fit perfectly, and he was successful. Gregory was very friendly and conversational. Throughout the process, he showed me how certain parts fit together so that I could do my own repairs in the future. He did an execelltn job, with a smile on his face the whole time. A+!
