Egress Window Installation
I hired Krystle to install 2 egress windows and install tile, we signed a contract, gave them a deposit, the contract stated completion would be 2-4 weeks, one delay after another, they never follow thru, we trying to be positive as they are nice people, it is a big job and perhaps its COVID-19 or perhaps they are just overwhelmed. They are busy (which is not a bad thing), but it would be nice to have our job done, it has been 4 months and we have just started. we told them we wanted to get out of our contract, they said we could but they would keep all the money

They worked very hard to complete my project of replacing paneling under the eaves, and it looks good where it was repaired. Also repaired area where siding was missing due to having a new (different sized) electrical box installed. Looks good. I am also having them clean my gutters in the future.
