great work done by this company avni, came out and remodeld my bathroom, ripped out everything in the bathroom and did tile work, drywall, stand up shower! and was done quickly 2-4 days, he also made sure everything was cleaned up

If you reside in Detroit HE SHOWS UP. It's very difficult to get contractors to come to the city for whatever reason however he comes. I am in the 48224 region. He was on time and polite. He came exactly when he said he would. You must be very precise when defining your needs but he will do his best to meet them. I would recommend. His prices are reasonable in comparison to other companies but unlike them... He will actually come and do the work. He cleaned the gutters and extended all of them and capped a down spout so while not a big job it was a huge deal to me.

I had a list of things that needed to be repaired for a GPW city rental inspection. Avni replaced the roof on my garage, fixed a wooden picket fence, trimmed the trees in the yard, and took care of several smaller jobs inside the house. He was quick, neat, gave me a fair price, and was extremely professional with his services. I would recommend Handy Mandy construction 100%. The next time I need home repairs, I will definitely call him first. I couldn't be more pleased with his service.
