Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Repair
He came over within 1 hour, he got the job done and cleaned up after himself. His pricing was fair and non changing.

Plaster Repair
Originally got a price on reparing a wall with a large hole in it (after a plumbing repair). His prices were so good, we also hired him to paint a few rooms and do a few other odds and ends. We were exteremely happy with the results. We'll be hiring him again in the future when we need stuff done around the house.

Mark was very courteous. He showed up on time and finished the job within a reasonable amount of time. I would call him again if I need similar repairs and would also recommend him for any of my friends and family.

He responded very quickly and within 24 hours had started the project. We discussed other needs around the outside of the house and I'll be getting back in touch with Mark in the Spring!

Drywall - Repair
He did a good job when he was here. He was supposed to come back to do the last bit of work on the wall and then didn't show and didn't call until 4 days later. He then said that he would come by the following Monday morning to finish, he didn't. I have decided that I would not hire him again because his follow thru is less than adequate.

Overall I am satisfied with the job. He purchased the extra supplies and did not ask for additional payment. He is friendly and indicated that he available for other projects. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes - Repair or Replace
Did a good job soldering the 2 pipes i needed but the rigged fix on the drain pipe leaked so I ended up redoing that repair myself.

Hardware, Latches & Tracks (Window) Repair or Replace
I didn't get the window repair done that I had planned on. I opted to buy new windows instead. However, I did use Mark to put a dryer vent in for us. He showed up on time, and completed the job in the time he allotted, and for the money he quoted. He was neat about his work also, not leaving any mess behind. Considering he had to go through cinder block to put the vent in, I was totally pleased. I will definitely use Mark again for repair jobs around the house.
