This job showed Matt's skills as a master carpenter.  We are very happy, and quite impressed with the quality of the work, and the craftsmanship.  It really turned out nice.  This was not built with the standard deck boards, but 2x6  pt boards that were sanded and router-ed.  (we wanted a extra strong deck).  This should last at least 20 years.  (like the last one).  <br /> While Matt had done a few jobs at the house this was a pretty big job and took about a week to complete.  <br /> If you need a master carpenter, I can recommend Matt.  he's good,  and he didn't charge what  a master carpenter would charge.  <br /> <br /> <br />

We needed a new sink and facet installed, and some accordion shutter work, and some drawers fixed that were not sliding properly. <br /> <br /> all the work was completed correctly.   <br /> <br /> His price was also less than his competition.  I would use him again, and probably will for a few other jobs when the weather gets cooler.   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

Excellent work!  <br /> Matt is a excellent carpenter, honest, and trust worthy.   (and new to the area). <br /> These 2 jobs were small, but showed his skills, and frankly were a test for some larger jobs we have. <br /> I thought he was more than fair with the price and billing. (he took a half hour off the bill, because he got lost going to home depot for supplies.)     <br /> I would recommend Matt, and would use him again.  (he was also cheaper than most of his competition).  <br /> <br /> <br />

I was familiar with Matt and his work from services performed last year so I knew who to call when I wanted to replace two older interior doors and re-frame the openings.  Matt, as always, was punctual for the appointment and as I explained what I wanted done, he also advised of the proper measurements/configurations to abide by given the door openings.  It turned out that the doors I wanted (with interior blinds built into the glass) could only be obtained in an exterior variety, which Matt advised would work fine.  To save me the cost of delivery, he even met me at the store (several weeks later when the doors arrived on order), loaded and delivered them though the job wasn't to start for several days. <br /> As one can see, caution had to be exercised because the floors and walls were already in their finished state but Matt had no problem in removing the existing doors, frames and accompanying debris and - after precise measuring and preparation - placed the newer doors in place on the first attempt, leveled them and attached them securely.  The frames were then measured (again care had to be taken because I had pre-painted them), cut and attached.  After he caulked the edges, one could not tell the doors had never just been there originally. <br />  For a responsible person that does a first-rate job at reasonable prices and will go out of his way to leave a satisfied customer, I would have no hesitation recommending Matt and would use him on future projects. <br />

It went great. He was very professional and dressed appropriately. He was friendly and had a good attitude with a smile to please. In the future he will be doing more work for me. He has my upmost confidence that he can fix almost anything.

Matt did excellent work. He started the work on time and made steady progress. The work stayed on track with the estimate we agreed on. He checked in frequently to ask which way we wanted certain jobs to go, and had suggestions to help us save money and time. We will be using Matt in the future. It's not easy to find someone in Miami who is reliable, efficient, productive, and above all else, honest. We have many bad workers come and do shoddy work that Matt has been having to redo. If you are in South Florida and hire Matt you will not be disappointed. <br />
