Richard was hired to remodel our master bedroom and refloor the master bathroom. He was punctual and professional. He quoted us a price that was more than reasonable and stuck by the price even when problems with the project arose. I will hire him again to do more work.

Very low in the area of reliability, constantly late, made appointments with me and was either late or reason why he was not coming, wanted to argue with me about how I wanted the the job done.

"This customer had three jobs he wished to have done. Extracting and installing an exhaust fan in his bathroom, replacement of bathroom sink and fixtures, and install of an over the stove microwave. Customer did not emphasize time constraints, in performance of work, subsequent to this fact I scheduled work when customer would be present and available for review. The extraction of the exhaust fan was performed with no labor cost. The installation of the exhaust fan and the removal of and installation of the bathroom sink and fixtures totaled $50. The customer emphasized flexibility on timing with the over stove microwave, stating repeatedly ""
