They arrived on time and completed the painting and clean up in a timely fashion.

I find it hard to believe that Home Advisor does not screen there contractors for quality, and if they do they need to find another way. These gentleman are personable but lack skills in many areas. The time management is very bad. They do not show up as planned and this project has taken over a month and it still is not complete. The knowledge and skill for the job is not what is expected of a pro. It appears its learn as we go. We had more work that we were going to offer but that will not happen based on the performance of the job currently working on.

I wish I could include a photo as it would tell all. Three years ago I hired HandyPro to replace my deck and stairs leading to my pier. Two years ago the deck and stairs started sliding down the bank and also pushing over my pier. It is no longer safe to use. I had Handypro come out to see what a mess it was. The man that built it agreed it was a mess, but said the guarantee is only for a year and he never came back. Then because of my original on-line review, the new owner of the local franchise sent a man out in the spring, who also agreed the build job was horrendous and they needed to do right by me as a result. (I was told the previous workers were all fired.) However, after months and months of calling that man, and being told the boss also looked at it and agreed it needed to be be torn down and built again, I still have yet to hear back from Handypro. It's now November, I still have a very unsafe situation, and Handypro has given me every indication they've decided to run away from their responsibility. So I'm reposting my review, still in hopes there is decency in the company to remedy this situation.

Robert & his tech Larry are outstanding. Their work is above reproach. The bathroom job they did totally transformed a dismal bath into a picture perfect space. They are on time, dependable & oh so neat. Do not hesitate to contact Robert.

My deck and stairs failed after two years and the company said they only warrant their work one year. And I can't get anyone to correct their errors, including handy pro. So now I have no deck or stairs to my pier, which is also being damaged from the stairs pushing on it.

Jerimiah was very informative during the entire process. He and his assistant were very courteous and professional. We had to be gone during some of the work & felt confident that work would get done. The work was extremely well done and we were very happy with every aspect of the job. We will definitely use the service again.

Quick appointment and good communication with customer

Handypro came and looked at my door. He said he had to order some parts. Never gave me an estimate. Came out four times and the slider still does not work properly. He said he was coming back and it has been over four weeks from start. I still have no idea what the price is. I thought it was the law that contractors give the price prior to starting the job. I forgot to ask him. I really don't want him back. I'm concerned if he sees this.
