Hired Tyler and his brother to replace screening on our porch and to stain the outside of the porch. Arrived on time and efficiently performed all the tasks we asked for. Cleaned up after, and did an awesome job. We will definitely use these guys again. Couldn't have been more pleased

These guys are great. My point of contact was Tyler and he was responsive at every step. We had multiple projects for them at our newly-purchased home: new ceiling fans wired and installed, new bathroom vent fan installed, crawlspace plumbing issue completely resolved, replaced laundry outlet, replaced valve on water heater, fixed some outdoor lighting issues, and did some other minor electrical work. All of the work was done in less than 3 days (we gave them access to our home while we worked, they are very trustworthy and seemingly like dogs) and every project was done professionally and cleanly. It was so nice having all this work done before we moved in. These are now my go-to guys for any work around the house that is beyond my level of expertise--I am going to hire them in the near future to install a water softener and fix another minor plumbing issue. Thanks Handy Pro for the great work and look forward to working with them again in the future.

They arrive. On time ready to work. They start on the carpet PROBLEMS. That they were hired to do,finished product looks good. They clean up after moving alot of furniture. Don't know how. His price price compares to other companies. Because I. Couldn't get any other company to do this carpet. Padding

They should NEVER work with hardwood floors and glue. I had carpet removed and hardwood glued down. There was glue left all over the area on the floor, on doors and walls. I informed them that I noticed this when the light catches it and they said they would clean it up. However, they did not get it all and after weeks, I am still removing glue ,on my hands and knees with mineral spirits. It is everywhere still. There was also an area that did not adhere to the cement; it has a hallow sound in a high traffic area; when I informed them of this they said "there is nothing they could do about it". There was damage done to the floor when they moved the refrigerator back. They showed me the various dented pieces of wood in the middle of my kitchen and said "there is nothing we can do about it". They took no responsibility - I went with a reputable, insured company because I wanted to be sure if I had problems, they would back up their work. Through my research, I have found there are products made to fill the gap behind the wood and resolve the one problem. I do not understand why HandyPro did not mention this option. As the glue gathers dust it is even easier to see, so I keep the mineral spirts handy and run the risk of ruining my floors finish. Overall, I am disappointed in the quality of workmanship and customer service from HandyPro. If I have a future problem of any kind, I am confident that if I reached out to them, there response will be "there is nothing we can do about it:".

Had them paint baseboards prior to installing them and they did a fine job with this. Also had them remove baseboards which was good too. It all fell a part when they installed the baseboards. They do not have the expertise to install baseboards and I ended up having to hire someone else to rip out the baseboards in the room they completed because they used so much caulk to cover up mistakes. The owner, Tom Mills, said he found it hard to believe that it was that bad and that it was one of his best guys who did it. The next morning when they came out to pack up their tools, the guy asked to see what we were unhappy about. He agreed that it was bad and at one point didn't have any words to say, except sorry. I paid them for the painting job that they did and moved on. I'm not saying that they're bad at what they do, but I am saying that they should not install baseboards. If you want baseboards installed, make sure you hire a finish carpenter!

It was great working with owner, Tom and the drywall repairman, Harold. They were both on time and did a great job. Harold fixed a hole in out ceiling due to a recent lighting change. Tom came back to try to match the textured ceiling and did a great job! He also fixed a nail pop while he was up there. The price for the repair was much better than other quotes we received. We'll be contacting them again for other repairs as needed.

Mister Mills was extremely professional. Timely and effective job. My experience meeting with him was such that I didn't even bother meeting with anyone else to do the job.

They built a raised garden area on my deck and did a terrific job.
