Handy Projects

This man left my shed leaking where he attached the roof to the sides and then tells me it was the wind that did that. He refuses to come back and correct his work. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me no the wind wouldn't cause that. And there sheds put together correctly are not meant to leak as Sam the owner told me. He is unprofessional and does not stand behind his work. I paid more then the shed cost to have it put up right and got nothing but excuses with him trying to charge me to fix his mistakes.

First off, I would suggest no one contact him to do work on their home. He wanted to charge me $200.00 to install a toilet flush kit, generally this takes 5 minutes to do that. He was also going to fix the bathroom sink that was slow draining for another $200.00. There was a door that needed to be re-keyed he said it would be $150.00 plus materials, he explained how simple it was to it and still felt that charge was still reasonable. Overall he had a very inflated value of himself. All and all, the various additional items I needed (installing a blind, putting plates on electrical outlets, setting up a RING doorbell etc..) he wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars. I paid $65.00 for his estimate and have declined his service. I would like more than anything to let others know about this. I would also like my money back.

Great quality work work fair price considering the weather

Fantastic experience! All my questions were answered and expect recommendations given. the service was overall EXCELLENT! I plan to hire for other jobs and would recommend absolutely.

Sam was personable, knowledgeable and got my water softener installed however there was a leak at the bolts which left a puddle on the floor and wet the wall. He came back to fix but there was still a small leak and condensation which he told the condensation was normal but the leak would need a valve on it to stop the leak which would reduce my water pressure and I certainly didnâ t want that! So Iâ m stuck here with a leak. Sam had me order quite a bit of supplies he would need plus he needed a few other supplies once he got here. I was a bit annoyed by that because I was given a fixed rate which wasnâ t fixed at all....I ended up spending $200 more than Iâ d intended! I felt somewhat mislead and duped for I had to order a lot of his supplies he needed to work when he shouldâ ve told me that upfront, the leak shouldâ ve been fixed if softener was installed correctly. Sam was nice and did little extras for which I greatly appreciated so I would use his services again and do recommend him . Be aware you might end up spending more than he originally quotes....ask is this a fixed rate. Annemarie Conrod.

Sam did a great job, I would highly recommend him. I had a new kitchen faucet installed, it took no time to get the job done and cleaned up . Awesome!

He is friendly and responsive. He was also the only one I could find that would do what I needed. He did a very professional job. I highly recommend him.

I was impressed Sam was so responsive. We communicated by text, I sent him photos of what needed to be done and he promptly gave me an estimate. He texted me the night before to confirm we were still on. He then texted me again in the morning telling me he was on his way.

The owner was on time, worked hard, completed a list of chores very quickly. I asked him to come back in a week and had another list of chores. All the work was perfect.
