Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Service person was professional and on time (actually he came an hour early which was good). The price to do the work was ok. Upon completing the work he took away the old parts and cleaned up. Very satisfied with work, will give them a call again.

Window Frame - Repair
Communications was very good. Philip provided a detailed description of service to be provided at a very fair price. He was always on time and very courteous. He did an excellent job and completed the job in the time as quoted and promised.

Robert Gilliam was professional, respectful and freindly. He caulked a hole in my siding with weather proof substance. AND he totally repaired a long-standing, droppy bottomed, dresser drawer. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Mimi was quick with her e-mail and telephone responses to my questions. I do however, have a few suggestions. The receipt fails to include in the 'small print', any reference to the one (1) year warranty on all work. Interestingly, it does reference the 30 day time limit on estimates. If the 1 year warranty is a selling point (and the verbal promise was in deed a consideration) Handy Pro, put it in writing

The estimate/receipt has a "fully insured, bonded & guaranteed" phrase in the top left hand corner, but I appreciate your suggestion to add the specific time in writing. I agree that the warranty should be detailed! We definitely do stand behind our work, and are even testing extending the guarantee to 2 years for most jobs(we're that confident in our workmanship). Handyman was freindly and knowledgeable of what had to be done, provided a written estimate. Work too longer than anticipated but was done in a quality manner.
