With Korey’s over 23 years’ experience in home repair, maintenance and modification and Kelly’s customer focused executive accounts management, we together, along with a national backed warranty, bring to the market a piece of mind for every customer that every need is met with the highest of quality and standard. Kelly and Korey recognized a perfect unity with HandyPro with their exceptional reputation and twenty years of history. Korey graduated with a B.S. in Aviation Management from West Virginia University Tech and has a single engine, multi engine, instrument, commercial pilots license and has flown for over 1500 hours in every state east of the Mississippi river. Korey also served in the U.S. Navy aboard U.S.S Dwight D. Eisenhower. They have two children, Ava and Liam.

Chose company by glowing reviews. Owner and wife best friends at first but changes dramatically when you point out the workmanship not quite up to par, nor business practices. Owner demanded to use my bathroom with no masks or gloves which is FL COVID19 business requirements. Gave me anxiety for days because I work with homebound seniors. What a bully. Shoved a paper at me to sign said he was in a hurry and took me a week to get a copy. Would love to update things turned out OK.

"You stopped payment on your credit card. When you initially contacted us about your job two weeks ago. Your email stated "Korey was at my house for a fence estimate. I can no longer download the estimate for obvious reasons. I think it was for $4400. The design is simpler now I promise. If you are able to do it for $4000. I'm in. You are more than welcome to take a look to make sure" So being nice I took off the $400.00 of your original estimate. I have a copy of the invoice and I clearly took $400.00 off your invoice. Then upon arrival at your house, you told my husband you wanted things added to the job. You approved the change order. I sent the new invoice. You then sent a long text to my husband threatening him. I then sent you another email. " Kelly Komorowski Attachments Tue, May 19, 8:39 PM to [Member Name Removed] We took the $400.00 of the invoice. Korey does not remember the conversation from a year ago. But we will accommodate and eat some of the cost of the materials. Thank you! Then after the job was completed you contacted my husband and said you were happy. So you paid us. Then David came back and fixed what you were not happy with and then my husband came back twice to fix again what you were not happy with. So I guess I am completely confused when you owe a balance that we owe you. I guess we will have to settle this in civil court and let the judge decide. In addition to this, I have had to contact the Sarasota County Sheriffs Department because you keep sending harassing texts over and over again even after I had told you to stop. The Sarasota County Deputy told me you also committed fraud to the credit card company for lying to the stop payment. Thank you and we will be in touch soon!"

Korey did work for us in 2019 and we were delighted he could help us through lots of issues in 2020. He is unfailingly polite, helpful and totally honest. The work is excellent. Looking forward to more work to be done later in the year. Would not contemplate using any other contractor.

Handy Pro sent someone out for estimate within 72 hours. Estimate was very reasonable. Misc items completed within timely manner, considering inclimate weather was a factor. Professional, courteous and quality workmanship.

I am out of state so doing this project long distance. Hired them to install new sub floor and Lino and repair leak in toilet that had caused damage in bathroom. Arlan showed up on time to provide an estimate, on time for repairs, and completed job in 2 days. Great communication with him and the main office throughout the process. The best experience I have had with any contractor. They are a little more expensive but make up for that in the brain cells I saved trying to get this completed long distance. The one year guarantee is worth it too! Request Arlan if you can! Thank you HandyPro!
