We cannot recommend JTEK highly enough! They recently remodeled our master bathroom, and once again, we loved their design expertise, workmanship, and fair pricing. "Aging in place" is their mantra and an elegant approach for our parents needs. As we needed to equip their existing dwelling with grab bars for safety, JTEK was immediately responsive (Steve) and provided exquisite same-day service. Steve is also experienced with the Aultman system of care, and the VA Benefits options as well. Installers Noel and Aiden were meticulous, precise, and thoughtful listeners to accommodate our requests. Supportive with troubleshooting (even ran back to the shop twice for modifications from the original plan). The showroom is a 'must visit' for inspirations to turn required safety for the aged into stylish solutions without a hospital or nursing home vibe. Highest recommendation, flawless service, personable and attentive team.
