Amazing work, honest,on time! Crew was so nice and always trying to do the best job!

They were very professional . General stop by many times while they were doing the remodel . Cal was the project manager who was always making sure things were up to my standards.All of the guys were great . Tod, Dave,Eric, Cal , the plumber, and the electrician, as well . Everyone did an amazing job. From removing old cabinets, cleanup,. They were always on time , there were no guessing games when they would show up . Every morning 8:30 on the dot , unless they had a meeting with Handy Pros . And Alley was at the office she is a sweetheart as well anytime I had a question she would get back to me right away. I also would like to give a shoutout to the man who did my subway tile he did a great job as well. Happy Retirement to Alley . I know they will miss you when you leave . Not sure why I waited so long to give a review. Life gets ahead of you . And you forget. Hats off to The Handy Pros team . More than I can say for A 1 Windows and doors not Happy with them . The team was excellent. They were responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. No oversell and the work was of the highest quality. They are very professional, competent, clean, kind, and efficient. They did great work and they were timely. They involved me to explain what was going on. Having an office representative meant the phone was always answered. Estimates, appointments, and invoices were provided. I would use them again and will recommend them. Thank you to General, Ali, Ferg, and Dave.

This is the second project we hired Handy Pros to do. The second bathroom in our rental condo was the remaining project on our to do list. After the wonderful experience we had with the first project we hired General once more. His crew was polite, professional and unbelievably organized. The job was done in the allotted time and our seasonal rentals were uninterrupted. We will be using them again very soon.

I had hired a well advertised company to remove the popcorn ceiling texture and replace it with knockdown. They destroyed my ceiling and oversprayed texture all over the top of the walls. General, the owner of Handy Pros,, was hired to repair the debacle and we couldn't be happier. Handy Pros repaired the ceiling, put on the knockdown, and painted the 3 ruined rooms in half the time the first company took to mess up my condo. I will hire them again without hesitation.

These folks were truly kind, hard working and professional. I recommend them highly. The workers, Guy specifically, worked very digently and got the job done speedily, as well. General, the owner was very kind, accommodating, and personable!

Handy Pros is the best company I have ever hired to do work on my house. General, the owner, is an outstanding young man who runs an incredible company with dedicated, talented workers. I had a rather extensive job in that my rather large (both height and width) was totally rotted not only on the outside, but on the interior. All of the wood and interior had to be torn off and rebuilt and painted. Five days after starting the project, the chimney looked better than new - not only was the carpentry work done expertly, but the painting was also done in that manner. I only wish that every job I ever needed done could be done under the supervision of General! If you want to hire the best, hire Handy Pros!! Oh and yes, the price for his services was quite reasonable.

He quit working on the job and was disrespectful to me and the electricians on the phone. What he said was mounted incorrectly was not. When the electricians were called to discuss options, he melted down. He would not talk and then about 10 minutes later with no further contact or discussion, he left. I was not only shocked at the unprofessionalism. It was a terrible sign there was no ability to communicate. I ultimately was refunded in full. I had the electricians back with their drywall person to finish the last ventilation fan in the bathroom.

Excellent response time to check out and provide quote. Very professional. Completed the job when he said he would (actually finished ahead of plan). Highly recommend.
