Randy was very honest, professional and his service was superb. He even did some extra work on my pipes under my sink without charging me. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services. I will definitely call him again if I have any appliance problems in the future

Excellent customer service.

Randy was quite pleasant and knowledgeable. We were trying to revive a clothes washer. Randy did his best to locate the part needed. The manufacturer had discontinued the part and Randy tried to find it, but it was not available anywhere. We would not hesitate to call them again if we needed appliance service.

Randy came out himself and spent 4 hours going over everything that MIGHT be causing the Microwave to blow fuses and found the problem. Then he wouldn't charge us because it was a return call. We gave him some money anyway because - it's the right thing to do. We will call him any time we need help. Hard to find quality work, but he delivered.

After calling multiple locations and all saying they couldn't work on our ice maker, Randy came through and was able to find the issue and get our industrial ice maker up and running once again.

I hired Randall to put up a railing on the front porch and a ramp. I supplied the material and paid him for the labor, Randell did start the railing on the porch and that was it, my husband fell off the ramp on 9/22/20, I had to call the fire department for assistance, I have called Randell 4 times including the last time I tried on 9/26/20, me and my husband are both handicapped and on social security

Chuck was perfect .he took his time trying to Repair my ice maker. Chuck said it was not repairable. in a week we had the new part and making icè.Chuck is a very Pleasant person
