Completed job, job well done

It was prompt and affiant did a great job. I would recommend them.

PFA Pressure Wash did a professional job on my driveway and I was pleased with the work done. It looked like a new driveway when they finished. I would definitely recommend anyone to use PFA Pressure Wash. Not only did they do an excellent job they were very reasonable with the price.

My experience with this company was poor. He did not make a concrete appointment to come to the house, but rather asked if he could just swing by. The job was not completed in total, but he insisted on being paid at least half up front. When I tried to contact him to see when he could return, he did not respond to my calls or text messages. I had to reach out to home advisor who told me to expect a response from him within 48 hours. When he called back, he was very defensive and did not look for conflict resolution. I stated I was unhappy thus far with the service, and he proceeded to just hang up.

I experienced a lesson in humility today, as Keith quickly yet thoroughly facilitated all of the various tasks on my to-do list and then continued to address things, without request, I would not have asked anyone to do. Stereo-typically we expect professional to look a certain way, but we quickly learn the book/cover judging lessons. After working with Keith, I will now make my judgments after completion. Upon reflection, Keith provided honesty, clear communication, an above and beyond work ethic and substantial value for the dollar. Professional, solid and consistent. I will use Handy Services again. I learned something today.

He was great! Responded to my request immediately. Extremely polite and professional. The only thing I thought should have been done was an in-person quote where he could have come out in person to see the job before giving a quote. Still, I would recommend him highly. Thank you very much!

Project; screen in a covered porch. He over extended himself by taking on this project. Although he claimed experience with similar projects and talked a good game, over time he made it clear that he did not have the skills needed. He brought an unskilled assistant to help. He had to correct much of the work due to poor measures and lack of attention to basics , like make a plan and work the plan, measure twice, cut once, use a level, double check assistants work. He quit without notice after six days on a project that one skilled tradesman with an experienced assistant could have completed in four days, leaving the project less than half done and the project site a mess. May be suitable for simple tasks, but not for projects with any complexity.

Hired Keith to replace some shingles which were causing a small leak. It was a steep roof but Keith scaled the roof and replaced the shingles. Grade A job. He was responsive and quick to do the work

Very nice person who came out to do the work and it appeared he was providing quality work. However, he never finished the work and it would be days in between him returning. He would often say he would be there and then would never show. I ended up having a different contractor complete the work.

Fixed our bathroom in a short amount of time! He responds quickly to any problem we have.
