Interior Painting or Staining
We hired Chris who did a fantastic job with the drywall and painting. However, he has the receipt to the left over drywall that is in the living room. we have no place to store it in the condo. We can not dispose of the drywall on condo property as it is violation with HOA rules. Which is now is preventing us in securing a renter. Chris promised after many phone calls that he would return the drywall and refund the money that was paid for it. Chris has yet to remove the drywall or respond to any of our messages.

Very responsive. Returned all my calls and was extremely patient with my unending questions. The project is almost done and looks great so far but cannot comment on final inspection yet. But I have to say that I would definitely call Chris again for other items.
