"Thanks Greg. My Pleasure."
"Thanks PS. Contact me anytime for future repairs."
"Thank you Laura and Jerry. It was a pleasure working at your home."
"Thanks for the review BUT I am not sure what you are rating here. Although we did connect by phone, the lead I rec'd from homeadviser for handyman services (Instead should have been, 'roofing repair') as we discussed on the phone. Still, I did take a look at your roof and determined that your steep grade shingle 'roof repair' was not a good fit for my business. Homeadviser.com billed me for the mis-labelled lead anyway. I did not accept the job or any payment from you and am confused as to how you can give a lower rating for 'Quality' - 'Customer Service' or 'Value for Money' ??? I suspect I rec'd this lead through the overzealous actions of a HomeAdviser.com agent who was trying to find someone to help you and bill the lead out. In short: Handycraft paid for your free query on your behalf. 5 star value. Agreed?"
"Thank You for your review and your business."
"Yes. The original door installer left a large void between the rough opening and the door jams. I discovered the flaw after removing the rotted wood. I advised letting me return with expanding foam to fill the void. Since this was a temporary repair and you plan to replace the door, you declined having the void filled as I strongly suggested."
"Thank you very much for your review."
"Thank you for taking the time to review. I just have a few comments for education purposes. More than 3 hours was dedicated to this project when considering the first trip to assess and dismantle, ordering the parts through Pella, and a return trip to install. In addition there is overhead including the fees that homeadviser charges me so that it's customers can have a free database of handymen/contractors. Homeadviser clients: How much does it cost your employer to employ you, your office space, transportation, benefits, salary, taxes paid on your behalf, etc. Add it up; you might be surprised what your 'job' really costs to exist. Thank You for you business"

"The work was pre-priced, pre-agreed and done on time with proper equipment brought to the customer's home. The customer was pleased with the results, therefore I don't understand the lower 'Value for Money' rating."
