Corrie Jackson, lied about the wall mount, stated that it cost $80 but failed to give me the receipt. The wall mount is too high and he did not conceal the cords. Corrie Jacksons helper did not know what the hell he was doing. I hate like hell that I gave them a tip for such sloppy work. I hate that they talked about problems that they have had with other clients and their TVs. I did not need to hear that. I will never use this service again. I insist that Home Advisor contact Corrie Jackson and get me the receipt for that wall mount. I want to return that.

"I am sorry, Ms. Lorraine if you felt that you were wronged. Everything we did for you was done with love & consideration. From taking care when moving your precious possessions, to taking off our shoes before entering your home. And even on short notice, we found your amount. We thought it would be inconsiderate to just mount the monitor & leave so with your permission & under your supervision, we hooked up all components that you wanted to be added to your monitor and set up your new Tv. I'm sorry if you feel that our high level of customer service wasn't high enough and that pains me. No problems or worries, we will provide you a copy of your wall mount."

Corrie and Antonia were a pleasure to have mounted my tv in a difficult wall space. They did the math and the job was perfection. I will use either one of them in the future and know the job will be done as wanted. Kudos to them!!!!
