I will hire them again. From beginning to end, this company did a wonderful job. They were great at providing solutions and ideas to my problems. I loved how they cleaned up the area when finished and my porch is BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommended.

They do good work and finished my deck repair job in one day. They cleaned up really well, even blew their sawdust off of the concrete. I would use them again.

When I called to get the work done, roof repair, he was true to his word. He came out and I thought that he had fixed it, but as soon as the rain started the leak started. I called him several times to come to a d repair my roof but he gave me excuses and made promises that he did not keep. My roof is still leaking.

Raymond and his crew are the most courteous professionals I have ever met in the construction industry! The moment I met Raymond I knew that he and his company were top notch! They removed and replaced my porch in a span of about 6 hours! Never stopped working! When they left you could not even tell they had been here with the exception of our new porch! Raymond Aldridge construction is definitely who I will call with my next construction project!

Fixed the leak but he had to come out a second time.

I contacted this company on a rainy day when we have sprung a leak in our roof over our master bathroom they came out that afternoon went on the roof in the rain and fixed the leak that nobody else has been able to fix and three other attempts. Very down to earth nice guys.

Raymond called me quickly and schedule an onsite consult. He was very honest with what I needed and what I didnt. He explained things to me and was able to immediately get the work done. His pricing was very reasonable and he was quick. I had no problem continuing to work from home even with his team in my attic above me! I called with an emergency repair after a tree limb went through the roof. They were able to come out at 9 AM the next day and fixed it on the spot. They were very courteous.

Replacement of window sill on front of the house. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Showed up early. Work quickly and compentently. Cleaned up thoroughly. Charged fairly. Will be coming back during the winter to do some interior work. Couldn't be more pleased!

Instead of telling me he couldn't fix it...he rigged my pocket door. Had to come back a second time to work on it. Overcharged me & agreed to give me back $200.00 of the $350.00 he charged. He gave me $100.00 & told me he would mail the other. I called & asked about it a week ago...still no $. I have a picture to offer of the work. I don't understand how people like this are in business!! Very frustrating!!

Great Customer Service. Job completed to my expectations.

Payment was a problem. Apparently likes to work for cash and insists on checks being written on local banks. After I made an exception by writing a check at a different bank than I usually use I asked that he wait until the next business day to cash so I could wire money into the local account. He agreed repeatedly, then proceeded directly to the bank to cash the check from my house, maybe 10 minutes after agreeing to wait one day. Left quite a bit of debris beneath the house. Unable to truly resolve the problem I had them out for, though we did make some improvements to the support beneath the kitchen, so not a total loss.

He overcharged knowing I needed this done right away. But that is just business and I don't hold that against him. He and his coworkers were all polite and courteous. Did the job timely and seemed to do a great job. I was satisfied with the tile work at first. A few days later the grout around the tiles in my shower started to peel out. I looked at the label of the grout container they left and the fine print says "not for use in showers!" Now it looks terrible. Maybe an honest mistake but not one I would expect a professional to make.
