Precision Renovations

Tub to walk-in shower installation looks beautiful! Highly recommend Precision Renovations for your home. Our job had been started, but abandoned, when Tim came in. He took it on, concerned that we, as seniors, were without any shower. He very quickly finished the shower area and adjoining closet, making new style materials work in our 1960's house. Tim was highly professional throughout the process, gave close attention to details, adapted to changes as needed, and worked with my husband's concerns through the project. We definitely will call Tim for future projects we might have.

Very professional. Project was completed as agreed.

honest, integrity. collaborated with us on all the details and plans. The whole crew was responsible, treated our home as if were their own. We would hire them again.

Everything was spelled out in a contract. Quick to accommodate changes

Everything turned out perfect! I had Tim and his team finish my basement, as I needed space for two offices and a mini library as well as closing off the washroom. Tim was VERY professional and checked out my basement shortly after the first phone call, and was able to get started two weeks later. He was able to work within my budget, and clearly knew what I was looking for and able to provide multiple options I was looking into. He recommended alternative methods for heating considering the age of my current furnace that was within my budget, which I appreciated as I was not looking forward to more baseboard heating. Tim, Landon and Todd even assisted with additional small projects that came up as they were working on the basement. After each step was completed, they would have me review and confirm everything looked good and matched my tastes. They also showed me how to use newer systems, such as the mini split and how to change the lighting in the basement. Overall they are just an amazing team and I will definitely hire them again and refer them to others!!!

Very professional. Tim was responsive and prompt. The team did a great job ahead of schedule. We needed our shed floor repaired after some water damage.

Tim is professional and personable. He installed our dishwasher which needed a new electricial outlet to bring it up to code, the work was neat and clean. He respects your home. We had a short window of time to get the work done, he came Thanksgiving eve and worked late to get it done. Thank you Tim.

I hired Precision Renovations on two occasions. The first was for knocking down a wall between my kitchen and dining room. Unbeknownst to me it was load bearing and Tim knew exactly what to do to install a new beam and took care of all the finishing details. As a result I asked him to install a nee 4-panel french door on the exterior wall. Very pleased with his work!

Since buying our home we have renovated almost every room in the house. For what we havenâ t done, we will definitely be having precision renovations back out to do. All work was done in a timely manner. Measurements were triple checked. Quick remedies were given when any issues arose. Always cleaned up the work area at the end of the day. Most importantly communication and results were excellent. Exactly what we look for when hiring people to come into our home.
