Drywall - Repair
I presented a difficult situation doing drywall repair work in a house built (cheaply) in 1984. While they were not the cheapest around, they did not stop until I was happy. I have learned that you get what you pay for. Geoff Cook is an honest business man, and Bryan Jennings is a rockstar contractor who lives up to his word and knows the importance of having his name attached to his work, and will not half-ass a job. They have also been available to me after the work for questions. Hire without hesitation.

The gentleman, Mark, who came to my home was so nice, intelligent and very very good at his craft. My job took more than a week to complete as it was a very large job and I had to leave this gentleman alone in my home on several occasions. I never once worried he was disreputable or in any way untrustworthy. I found Mark to be very personable and very knowledge. He did EVERYTHING I ask him to do and my ceilings look magnificent. I have had many compliments from friends and family.(Mark was tasked with replacing 80% of the ceilings in my home, painting the new ceilings and putting up new molding and new air vents.) I can't say enough good things about this company and Mark in particular. It was a breath of fresh air to get a GOOD quality job, in a timely manner, for a very reasonable price.

Exterior Trim - Repair
This is for Ashore Designs who replaced exterior wood on outside of trailer. 1) did a great job 2) worked with me on times to do work 3)always left job each day with no debris in yard 4) comparable price In short I would recommend his company for any job he undertook to do.

The category of building 3 gates to our pool deck area was not offered! The work was done excellently by Tal, but the price of three gates for $1400 sans the $50 discount seemed a bit high! We just needed it done, and did not have time to find a craftsman to do it before putting our home on the market.

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
Bryan J was wonderful. He knows his business with popcorn ceilings. He explained in detail what he would do step by step. He did everything we asked, was prompt and cleaned up afterwards. He was very polite and we are very satisfied. Would gladly recommend him to anyone.
