Although we had trouble at first making a connection with the company, we finally lined up a time to install wood blinds at a large window. The installer arrived early and immediately went to work. My blinds had been previously ordered, and once he inspected them, he found that they had been bent during shipping, but he was able to bend it out enough to work, and the bend was covered. He took down the vertical blinds and stored them in the box that the new blinds had come from. The price seemed high, but since it was a small job, it cost more for the time. This was a satisfactory experience. I recommend them.

I was not there for the service. This service was for a townhouse we own and is tenant occupied. The tenant was very pleased with the service. The serviceman was timely and installation went well. She was very pleased with the results.

My experience was terrible! The handyman canceled my initial appointment. On the rescheduled date, he was over 1 hour late. He estimated that he would be completely finished with the work by noon and he did not finish until 7:30 pm. In addition, the framing around my newly installed door looks terrible! I was VERY disappointed.

"We are sorry this took longer than expected. The craftsman had to make sure the alarm worked properly, which took extra time. He wanted to be certain of the customer's safety and security. We called the customer to make amends, but she refused."
