Various projects to include patching and painting drywall, deck repair, caulking and replacement of light switch. Carlos was professional, efficient and skilled. The project manager came out and quoted the project, showed up prior to the work beginning, and assessed the work afterwards. I have used this company for other projects - the pricing is fair, the job meets my expectations and they are skilled in their craft.

I was very disappointed in the Project Manager on this project. I was quoted $1,868.64 for labor and materials and the final bill was $2,468.64, an increase of 32 percent. The quote stated the painting of the walls after repair. When they got to the job, the Project Manager decided that they would just touch up the spots where the water damage occured. Any time I have had to have a wall repaired, the painter always painted the whole room to make sure it matched appropriately. We will not use this company in the future and would not recommend them to anyone else. I have the contract to prove they were suppose to paint the walls. The work performed by Carlos was good and this is no way a reflection of his work. Also, Michelle was very professional and pleasant to work with. This company should be ashamed of scamming senior citizens.

The main source of the customer dissatisfaction was our company inability to complete their project in a timely fashion. The workmanship was never an issue. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, we have been chronically understaffed. This has led to an unprecedented amount of jobs running behind schedule. That said, throughout the entirety of the job I kept the client updated on our weekly progress. In fact, I felt that we had built up a good rapport with each other. Upon completion of the project, I contacted the client asking to receive the final payment at which time they were unwilling to pay the remaining balance. The client indicated that they should receive some amount of refund due to our lateness in completing the project. Upon reviewing the situation with the Owner, I contacted the client and informed her of our willingness to offer up to $150.00 off the next job she would have us perform. The customer proceeded to become very belligerent with me. I asked her multiple times to refrain from treating me disrespectfully. My pleas went unanswered and ultimately, I lost my temper with her. For the record, it is not my nature to ever be disrespectful or rude to our customers. Quite to the contrary, repeatedly our customers compliment me on my cheery attitude and willingness to assist them. In many cases, customers and I become friends and regularly address each other on a first-name basis. In closing I would like for the customer and anyone else reading her review of our interactions, to understand that I did everything in my power to accommodate her.
