I explained what I needed on phone and was given a reasonable quote. But, I was not told that $90.00 was minimum payment customers would have to pay, nor was I told that needing to fix a leak of any kind, water would have to be turned off, with 24 hr prior notice in my building. I just assumed that I could have things fixed immediately. When repair person came over, he could only fix 2 of 4 things I needed done for that reason. And while he did give me a $20.00 discount, I paid $75.00 for to have 1 shower head (which I had already purchased) installed, and to replace toilet handle (which I had also purchased) Too much!

Joe Fitzgerald arrived on time, promptly assessed the project, obtained an estimate, which I approved, and immediately started the project. He went to Home Depot, purchased the materials, and arrived back at my home promptly. He immediately went to work installing a wooden hand rail on the wall alongside my staircase. He stained the wood and described the process. His workmanship was excellent. The job took only 3 hours from the initial estimate to completion. He was very congenial, respectful and considerate of my home. Joe did a great job and I intend to hire him again for installation of ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms.
