Charles Abatsis and his crew were top notch! Our deck replacement project took 3 days to complete and they cleaned up each day. The quality of the work was great along with the brand of materials Charles recommended. There was a miscommunication on my part as to the design of the deck, so it didnt turn out exactly as I pictured, but we're still pleased with the results. I would hire them again!

i had an appt. for 9am never showed up. i called them and at 11am i recieved a call. he said he would be in at 1pm 28Dec, again no show, finally showed up 330pm made a contract, then told me he will be doing at 1pm on the 29Dec. again no show he call me said he had a flat. the last time i heard from him was 130pm. at 4 i called him no answer, i called handman no answer. Im done waiting. I wasted two days staying at home waiting for his service. I will use the yellow pages for now on.

He showed up tracked mud up and down stairs replaced fixtures on tub but put them on backwards I am now sitting with water cut off due to can’t turn fixture off at tub I can’t afford to spend another dime. I’m sitting here after spending over 450.00;dollars over one leaking faucet and two plumbers and a letter to better business bureau I am at a loss I give up any women who is trying to maintain a home by themselves I am with you. This plumber talked fresh and inappropriate to me to the point I didn’t even question him leaving for over an hour and a half and charging me 295.00 foe a backward placed fixture

I called after not able to open my hall closet door. I thought one of the children had jammed a clothing item between it but Harry, the contractor came out and opened it to find the plastic part within the knob had broken into.

Person came to home I showed him water mark. He looked at it for about 30 seconds and said I do not know, but I can caulk bottom and that might help!! Totally disregarding the water hose I had setup to maybe simulate a hard rain and maybe get a better idea. Nope nothing!! I had to keep reminding this person to close my front and back door since it was 90 degrees out and AC was on. So was charge $80 for 30 second maybe this could be it and $40 for a 1:49 second caulk job!!!! Wow I bet this experience does not get place on their review page!! Not ever using this service again. Had another mantle job but one bad experience is enough for me!!!!

They have poor customer service when you have a complaint. The work they were contacted for never got done. Waste of time and money!!

Quick to respond with quote, understood I was on a tight budget and came in on price for quality work where I needed it to be.

The service was great! Handyman Connection had no problem working with the insurance company handling my FedEx claim. Which I was impressed with, considering I needed a free estimate. The work was done in a timely manner and the customer service was great. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again for any future needs.
