Immediate response, Roy was there the next day, quoted repairing broken gate and swollen wooden door that wouldn't close, and made repairs the next day. Fast, efficient, polite, friendly, and good pricing. Will definitely use for the next project. So glad to have found them.

I had Roy remove the broken locking door knob and replace the entire assembly with the new hardware I provided. He was very efficient and had the job completed within half an hour.

I would rate the phone customer service a 4 but the person who came out a 2. He did a good job but was not friendly and in a horrible mood.

3/27, Wednesday on time for estimate. 4/1, Monday, 9am appt. Recd a call customer service saying he was running late and would be here at 10am. No show all day. Customer service said they werent aware he wasnt working at our house and couldnt reach him.. 4/2 Call from customer service. Handyman was delayed because he couldnt get the parts for the job (at the last minute Monday). Forgot his phone at home so couldnt contact them. All day??? Customer service said they would call back the next day to reschedule. It is now 3 days later and no call. At this point it is no surprise.

The vendor provided good customer service.

Home advisor wasted my time by sending someone unable to do anything I had requested.

Good communication throughout the experience, craftsman arrived as scheduled, did the work and cleaned up when finished. I would consider them again for possible other projects.

They were hied to remove a sliding door obstruction. They did that. however the door is extremely difficult to open or close.

they scheduled times but had to change them and they said they would be there at 10 but both for the estimate and the job they were 20 minutes late. though they did notify us by email when they would arrive.

Roy was on time, did the job in a timely manner, for a fair price, and cleaned up. What more could you ask of a pro? I will ask them back again.

They were right on time, very nice and professional also took care of a problem that arose so that they could complete the job in a timely manner. The quoted price was very fair and what I was charged even after a problem arose. I was very pleased with the work.

Great communication by text, email and phone. The quality of work was excellent and the tradesman (John) cleaned up after the work was completed. Although the rate was a bit high, the owner and tradesman were professional and efficient. Note: there isn't a category for the service performed (removal and installation of USPS mailboxes on cement wall).

Pretty good experience overall. Communicated via email/text, which made things easier for me. Price was a little high, but if you talk to them, they are open to negotiate. They would also adjust the cost if the project ends up finishing earlier then quoted.
