This company sent a man to my home, whom I have recently learned is a drug addict. I cannot believe they allowed this manic to work around my young children. He was often angry and erratic, showing up to do work and getting almost nothing done. He made unauthorized purchases with my home ware store credit card. The little work he did before I let him go was poorly done and he took many of the materials purchased for the job. After complaining through home advisor, the owner spoke with me last Friday and said he felt bad for what the contractor did and would have my bathroom done by Thanksgiving. He also shared that he had fired the contractor and believed he was in a rehab facility in Florida. The owner of the company has just backed out of what he said last Friday and will not do anything to help me. I do not recommend this company. In fact, I would stay far away from them. Response to the business owner: The subcontractor you used said he was often used when there was overflow. He said there were instances where your company had too much work so he was sent instead. I was manipulated into thinking this was part of your business model. The sheetrock problem extends to all areas of my home. I asked the contractor where he suggested I should start and he said my bathrooms. Your secretary said something was off with this guy. You both knew he was not right and sent him to my home anyway. Shame on you! 2/8/2020 Update: I just did a background check on the contractor that was sent to my home ahead of arbitration and learned he's been to jail at least 10 times for drug charges and at least one time for shoplifting. This company obviously does no background checks on their employees.

Excellent job on the installation. Plus The person I spoke with from their office to set up the appointment was very very nice. I would definitely hire them for other jobs in the future.

Power wash job was so bad I had to redo the entire job. 500.00 lost.

Jim and his crew did a thankless job of removing a set of concrete steps that, thinking would be a one day job, turned into three. Jim and I were able to negotiate a fair price considering the extra unexpected work. They were always very professional and I would highly recommend.
