"Dear Nicholas, we're sorry to read your review. Our craftsman finished the ceiling and bathroom drywall repairs and caulked and sealed the shower where appropriate, per the scope of our estimate. You requested that the laundry room ceiling be finished with the same plaster pattern which unfortunately had been discontinued, so we were unable to match it. We agreed to refinish the entire ceiling with a current pattern so the laundry room ceiling would be consistent. The work did take longer than we expected, which we apologized for, but we let you know since the scope of the work had changed, so the timeline would as well. When you reached out about the puckering in the drywall repair, we were happy to come back and fix this and apologize for any inconvenience this caused for you. Had we originally moved the hot water tank and caused a spill, we would have been happy to replace the carpet remnant in your basement, however we did not originally move the existing tank, but only carried it upstairs. We are always happy to remedy our work when it's appropriate so that our clients are completely satisfied. We aren't able to offer you a discount as you requested since the work we outlined in our quote and pricing was completed by our craftsman. We're disappointed that you weren't pleased with your experience and we'd be happy to go over more details with you if it would help you for us to clarify anything. Thank you."
