The business owner, Silverio Ramirez, has done various types of work for me over the past two years and everything he has done has been of the highest quality and care: designing and building a railing for my front entry and designing and building a frame for hanging things above my deck; painting the exterior trim on my house which included replacing rotted wood and sealing flashing to stop leaks as well as a beautiful job of painting; repairing the front door and painting to look like new; extending an outdoor electrical connection for easy access; installing a new bathroom ceiling light/fan/heat fixture; repairing an old deteriorating fence--which he did extra not included in our contract or payment. There are additional small things he has is creative, polite, thorough, and his work is exceptional. I have a new list for him when he can schedule me in.
