"Why did he accept my price, he did not complained he signed the contract and gave me a deposit. I repaired at least 20 to 25 popped nails around the hallway and ceiling, 2 areas above the door to the living room, 2 areas on the ceiling in the living room where 2 lights were removed, repaired 3 holes on walls redid a 4 x 4 area on a wall in the basement, installed 2 new 1/2 x 4 x 8 in the basement, installed 2 corner beads, spackled, sanded and primed all areas of repair for 700.00 dollars. Is this too much? It included materials such as 2 sheets of drywall, 2 corner beads, spackle and primer."
"There is always a complainer. First, his drywall job was not that great, it was difficult to speckle over his terrible job. I usually do not accept speckling after someone already started. But I needed this job. He offered me 1.000.00 to do the spackling how could that have been an easy job , only one section of ta 3 car garage., i had to work 9 feet up in the air on a lifter. After I started he asked to do extra work spackling other areas, we shook hands several times with the extra work it was going to be 1,700.00 for me to repair and paint a 3-car garage. After I started on the 2nd day he told me that he changed his mind he did not want me to paint, after I already did some extra work. When I was done I asked him to inspect he did, and he gave found some spots that I repaired. That happened twice and he approved of it. He said to me my wife and I will paint you did a great job. I already went the store and bought the primer and the paint and I brought to his house. He asked me how much he owed me, and he reduced the price by 100.00. I was upset but I accepted, we shook hands, and he told me that I did a great job and told me that he would give me a 5 for a great job. Why did he pay me 1,150.00 if he did not like the job. He is not a man of his word. He threw away a fan which I used, I picked it up from his trash, so I tool it he made me come back and return it. I wish I could copy his text that he send me the next day it does not say anything like this review, he only complained that I stole his fan, and he wanted me to return next morning before he left on a scheduled trip so at 7 am I returned his fan, and he sends me a thank you text, I wish that I could show his text here, but before you make a decision on this review, ask me to send you a copy of his text he sends me. So you could see what kind of man he is, his hand shake does not mean anything, he does not appear to be truthful."
"We did not get along at all from the beginning. I refunded her money ($200.00) and I do not think that she should have complained. You cannot please everybody."
