I cant rate the quality of work since after having 3 appointments, no one has shown up to do the repair. The 1st appointment was cancelled then the next 2 were just ignored. Some customer service!

Came to see the job and scheduled to start the job on Thursday. He did not show up on Thursday. When I called him he said the job was scheduled for the next Thursday so I said ok. When the next Thursday arrived he called 15 minutes before he was to arrive and said he could not make it due to family issues and I should look for someone else. Half a star on customer service for at least calling me.
